Can I receive a paper invoice or a receipt instead of a proforma invoice?

1. Is it possible to receive an invoice and exclude the proforma invoice?

It is possible for us to issue a tax invoice excluding the proforma invoice. It comes with an additional fee due to the extra administrative steps involved. The cost is 69 PLN or 19 EUR/USD/GBP. This fee is covered by the person requesting the change:

• If you ask us to skip the proforma invoice, we’ll add the fee to the net amount on your invoice (the deal value).

• If the freelancer requests it, we’ll deduct the fee from their payout.

2. Can I get a paper tax invoice?

The paper invoice can be issued in special cases and is charged with service costs in the amount of 20 EUR/USD/GBP.

3. Can Useme issue a regular bill?

We are a VAT-registered company so the only form of billing available to us is an invoice. We cannot issue a regular bill.
