# Why can't I upload work files to the deal?

You can't upload files in two situations:

- when the deadline for delivering the work has passed,
- when the client has ended the deal.

If your client agrees to get the work after the deadline, you can still upload the files, but first [contact us](https://useme.com/en/contact/) (use the email you log in to Useme with). We’ll contact the client to confirm the new terms and extend the delivery deadline based on them.
