  1. Service Fee

The Service Fee constitutes a fee for the paid Job settlement service provided on the Useme Platform. The Service Fee is charged solely on Jobs settled via Useme.

The purpose of the Service Fee is to cover the costs incurred by the Administrator of the Useme Platform in connection with providing services within the Useme Platform, including, in particular, the secure and prompt settlement of Jobs processed through the Platform, as well as costs associated with the formal documentation, and tax handling of executed Jobs (including contract verification, issuing accounting documents, and acting as a tax remitter for settlements with tax authorities).

Settlement of the Service Fee may be executed based on the following settlement models:

  • Commission Model (Useme Flex) – the default model assigned to every User of the Useme Platform.
  • Subscription Model (Useme Comfort or Useme Plus) – transitioning to a subscription model requires the activation of one of the available subscription plans.
          a.    Commission Model (Useme Flex)

The basis for calculating and accounting for the Service Fee (Useme Commission) for each Job is the acceptance of the Work by the Employer. The settlement of the Service Fee occurs upon the crediting of funds from the paid invoice/pro-forma invoice to the Administrator’s bank account.

The amount of the Service Fee (Useme Commission) in the commission model is as follows:

  • For Jobs settled in PLN: 9.8% of the net Job value indicated on the invoice issued by Useme to the Employer for the execution of a given Job (plus applicable VAT, if any), subject to the following limits:
    • The minimum commission per single Job is PLN 19;
    • The maximum commission per single Job is PLN 249.
  • For Jobs settled in foreign currencies (other than PLN): 4.99% of the net Job value indicated on the invoice issued by Useme to the Employer for the execution of a given Job (plus applicable VAT, if any), subject to the following limits:
    • The minimum commission per single Job is USD/EUR/GBP 5;
    • The maximum commission per single Job is USD/EUR/GBP 69.

The Service Fee is each time included in the total amount payable presented to the Employer prior to the payment of the invoice.

          b.     Subscription Model (Useme Comfort or Useme Plus)

In the subscription model (Useme Comfort Subscription and Useme Plus Program), the standard Service Fee charged as a commission on individual Jobs is waived, and the fee for the Job settlement service on the Platform is included in the recurring Subscription Fee or Program Participation Fee (in the case of the Useme Plus Program).

The basis for settling the fee in the subscription model (including the Subscription Fee or Participation Fee in the Useme Plus Program) is the registration of a Payment Instrument and the successful settlement of said fee, with the date of successful settlement being deemed the date on which the full amount of the fee is credited to the Administrator's bank account.

Granting access to subscription benefits does not apply retroactively and does not modify the amount of the Service Fee for Jobs and settlement documents created prior to the moment the subscription fee is credited.

The amount of fees under the subscription settlement model depends on the selected subscription plan and is as follows:

  • Useme Comfort - PLN 349 gross for each one-month subscription cycle, which commences on the date of successful settlement of the Subscription Fee;

  • Useme Plus - PLN 499 gross for each one-month subscription cycle, which commences on the date of successful settlement of the Participation Fee.

The subscription is renewable in nature and is charged automatically under the rules specified in terms and conditions of each subscription plan.

Users holding an Account on the Platform with an Employer profile use the Commission Model by default.

Under the commission model, the basis for calculating and accounting for the Commission for each Job is the acceptance of the Work by the Employer; provided, however, that the settlement of the Service Fee occurs upon the crediting of funds from the paid invoice/pro-forma invoice to the Administrator’s bank account.

The amount of the Service Fee (Useme Commission) under the commission model is as follows:

  • For Jobs settled in PLN: 9.8% of the net Job value indicated on the invoice issued by Useme to the Employer for the execution of a given Job (plus applicable VAT, if any), subject to the following limits:
    • The minimum commission per single Order is PLN 19;

           2.     Operational Fee

The Operational Fee is a flat-rate fee constituting the Administrator's remuneration for providing, maintaining, and managing the comprehensive technological and product support of Advanced Payment Channels. This fee covers the costs of specialized IT infrastructure, API integrations, continuous technical adaptation of multi-currency solutions, foreign exchange risk management, and enhanced security and business continuity requirements specific to a given payment environment.

The Administrator provides Users with access to free-of-charge (basic) payment processing channels, as well as paid (advanced) payment channels.

  • Basic Payment Channels (Free of Charge): Common payment channels whose technological processing relies on a low-cost, standard system infrastructure. The use of Basic Payment Channels is exempt from the Operational Fee.
  • Advanced Payment Channels (Paid): Payment channels requiring significant, ongoing investment in maintaining technological integration, currency conversion and handling modules, and heightened IT security resources. Selecting an Advanced Payment Channel incurs an obligation to pay an Operational Fee in accordance with the table below.

The amount of the Operational Fee for Advanced Payment Channels depends on the transaction's currency environment and its associated technological and operational complexity, rather than the type of payment instrument used.

Information regarding the amount of the Operational Fee assigned to a given Advanced Payment Channel is clearly presented to the User in the Platform interface each time at the payment channel selection stage, prior to final approval and entering into the transaction commitment.
