Your monthly service fee sum never exceeds €99 (Zero Commitment Plan). And before you reach that point, your service fee is always 4.99%.

The service fee applies only to deals settled via Useme. The rest of our features, such as the Useme Jobs and portfolio, are free.

Useme pricing – key terms

Our pricing policy is based on the following rules:

  1. There are no setup fees, and having an account on Useme is always free. We charge a service fee only for deals settled through our platform.
  2. Our service fee is 4.99% of the client’s invoice value.
  3. The minimum service fee is €9, and the maximum is €99.
  4. Service fees sum up every month.
  5. The contract date is when we receive the money from the client.
  6. Once the monthly service fee sum reaches €99, invoicing is free until the last day of the month.
  7. The same rules apply for transactions in USD and GBP. For PLN, the service fee is 7.8%, with a minimum amount of 29 PLN and a maximum of 349 PLN.

How the service fee cap works

The service fee cap is $99* per month. This means we'll never charge you more than $99 in fees within a single month. Invoices in USD, EUR, and GBP count equally (cap = $99 or €99 or £99).

* If you're a Useme Club member, your monthly cap is $89.

I've reached the cap – so why is there a fee on my invoice?

Key rule:

A service fee won't be charged if your client's payment reaches us in the same month you reach the fee cap.

When you start a new deal, we don't yet know when your client will pay – so the fee shows up.

✅ If the payment reaches us in the same month → we remove the fee.

❌ If it reaches us in the following month → we charge the fee.
