Can I add my CV to the portfolio?

You can add files that show your work and its results. We support all file formats. Opt for easy-to-open files to make it convenient for the client, opt for easy-to-open files. Your files can include watermarks or other protection against copying.

Your portfolio is public, even for users without a Useme account. To stay safe, don’t add personal or contact details (e.g., email address or phone number) about yourself or others.

If you have confidentiality agreements or NDAs, describe the project and share a link to the website of the client or agency you worked for.

For work done during full-time employment, use the CV / Résumé section instead of your portfolio. You can add the timeline, job title, responsibilities, and company name there.

How to complete my portfolio

Hover over your avatar, go to Settings Freelancer, and click “Edit portfolio.” To start, click “Add a new position.” You can add up to 10 projects to your portfolio.

Can I add my CV to the portfolio?

No, but your freelancer profile has a separate section for adding your CV. Hover over your avatar in the top-right corner, go to Settings → Freelancer, and click “Edit experience.”

The portfolio is for showcasing work like graphics, articles, or websites. Don’t upload your CV here. It contains personal data, and the portfolio section is public.
