Key updates
We’ve updated and clarified several provisions of our Terms and Conditions, including:
- Description of our free-of-charge additional services (Newsletter, Onboarding, technical support, dispute resolution, and collecting feedback).
- Rules for contact and cooperation between users outside the Useme platform.
- Ways we communicate with users about services provided through the platform.
- Rules for identity and user data verification.
- Rules for withholding payments in case of a dispute.
- Freelancer payouts in cases of settlement irregularities or justified suspicion of fraud.
- Uploading materials that include personal data or the image of third parties.
- The scope of licensing and granting sublicenses for the work.
- Platform security rules and consequences of violating the Terms and Conditions.
- Rules on the allowed number of accounts and registration or login via Google.
- Tax settlement rules for freelancers from selected countries (Poland and Mexico).
- Rules for posts that violate the law or may harm Useme’s reputation.
- Adding, removing, and managing feedback and reviews.
- Resolving disputes related to services provided through the Useme platform.
- Terminating the agreement and deleting the account.
