Does Useme handle my taxes?
Useme doesn’t pay taxes on your behalf (with two exceptions described below). You must report your income and pay taxes according to the rules in your country.
If you need a summary of the deals settled on Useme, message us and provide the time you want us to include in the summary. We'll send you a stamped and signed document.
If you live Poland
We calculate the tax and deduct it from your payout if you:
- pay taxes in Poland,
- don’t have a company (freelancers with company accounts need to pay their taxes themselves).

If you live in Mexico
If you sign up for Useme with your RFC de personas fisicas, we’ll deduct 1% of your income as ISR and pay it to the SAT on your behalf. At the end of each month, you receive a CFDI report with transaction and tax details – this is also sent to the SAT. Learn more about the taxes of Mexican freelancers.
