How can I contact the client?

Always use the Useme inbox to contact your clients. It will guarantee your safety in the event of a disputed contract. We will refer to both the description and messages between you and the client.

How to contact the client you want to invoice?

We want to give you the many ways you need to finish your deals with clients. One possibility is sending an offer to the job published on the Useme marketplace. The client can also send you a private invitation. How to issue an invoice in both cases?

Issuing an invoice when you’ve sent an offer:

You have sent an offer that interested your client. You discussed the details in the Useme inbox, and now you want to finalize the contract.

The client must first accept your offer. A contract will be formed on this basis, and we will request the deposit from the client.

You need to wait for the client’s acceptance. Send them the "How to choose a freelancer?" article if they are unsure how to choose your offer "How to choose a freelancer?" article. Do not start working on the order until you receive the confirmation that your offer got chosen and the client has paid the deposit.

How to invoice when you get a private invitation

Clients might take interest in your profile and send you a private invitation. To respond,  send them an offer, just like you would for a public job. Once your offer gets accepted, we will send a deposit request to the client. If you’re unsure about the details, contact the client in the Useme inbox.
