How to navigate my dashboard
After you log in to Useme, you’ll land on your employer dashboard. Here, you can:
- Find all the documents you need – invoices, deposit invoices, work files, copyright transfer protocols, and licenses;
- Pay a freelancer for completed work.
We’ve packed all you need on the left-side menu and the button at the top of the page.
“Post a job” button
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see the “Post a job” button. This is the fastest way to find a freelancer when you don’t have one yet.
Click it to publish a job in Useme Jobs. Freelancers from our talent base will see it and can send you their offers. You’ll be able to review their profiles, compare offers, and pick the best person for the job – all in one place.
Side menu for logged-in employers
In the left-side menu, you’ll find all the key sections related to your deals, job posts, and freelancers. From top to bottom:
Dashboard
This is the first screen you see after logging in. It shows an overview of your current deals. Every deal stays visible here for one week after payout, then it moves to the Deals section.
Use the search bar to quickly find a deal – search by freelancer name, deal title, invoice number, deal number or date range.
Go to Dashboard to check what’s currently happening in your employer account.
Deals
This section shows all your transactions with freelancers. Go to Deals to check the status of your deals, see full details, or download deal-related documents.
Your freelancers
This section lists the profiles of all freelancers you’ve worked with. Go to Your freelancers to see their profiles, review your previous deals, send a new job invitation, or request an invoice.
Messages
Here you’ll find your chat history with freelancers. Go to Messages to reply to a freelancer or review past conversations.
Useme Jobs
This section lets you post public jobs and work with freelancers from our database. It includes:
- Jobs – see all your public and private job posts.
- Offers – view offers from freelancers.
- Post a job – publish a new job in Useme Jobs.
- Find a freelancer – browse freelancer profiles and send private job invitations (you need an active account and at least one paid deal to use this feature)
How to switch to a freelancer profile
If you have both a freelancer and an employer account, you can easily switch between them. Hover over your username in the top-right corner and click “Go to freelancer profile”.
