# How to post a job?

If you have a specific job to be done, but you don't have a subcontractor, you can post a job at Useme and receive offers from freelancers.

#### 1. Go to *Post a job*

To post a job click the *Post a job* link in the dropdown menu for employers.

#### 2. Choose the category and subcategory of your job

#### 3. Describe the job

Add as many job details as possible. This will let the freelancers prepare relevant, customized offers faster.

#### 4. Set the budget

Before you post a job do some research on freelancer rates in your industry.

If you still don't know how much the work you are ordering should cost, you don't have to specify the budget. Just check the box *I do not want to set a budget.*

#### 5. If needed - edit the offer

Sometimes you may need to edit some details after posting the job. To do so click the *Edit* jobs button (*Useme Jobs → Jobs →* three dots on the job card).

Please remember not to include your contact details in a job description and not to recruit full-time employees.
