What MultiSport card can I get?

You can use your points for a MultiSport card, which gives you access to thousands of sports facilities across Poland and in a few other countries.

You can choose between two cards:

  • MultiSport Classic – enter facilities once a day, every day.
  • MultiSport Light – cheaper, gives you 8 visits a month.

A MultiSport card covers gyms, swimming pools, racquet sports, city and water bikes, golf, dance, climbing walls, paintball, martial arts, and many more. Find facilities in your city here.

How much does MultiSport cost?

If you're on the Useme Flex or Useme Comfort plan, you'll need to pay extra for MultiSport. The Classic card costs PLN 150, and the Light card costs PLN 90.

With Useme Plus, you don't pay anything extra, because your monthly points balance covers the full cost of the card.

When can I start using MultiSport?

On Useme Flex and Useme Comfort, you can order the card only after you receive your first points.

On Useme Plus, you can order a MultiSport card right after your first subscription payment. That makes Useme Plus the fastest way to get started with MultiSport.

You order the card by the 25th of the month for the following month. For example, if you want to use MultiSport starting in August, order the card by July 25.

You keep MultiSport as long as you get MyBenefit points every month.

How to order a MultiSport card

  1. Log in to your Cafeteria account.
  2. Click “MultiSport.”
  3. Click "Order now" next to the card you want and pay, following the on-screen instructions.
  4. Within 24 hours of ordering, you'll get an email with your card number. You can also find it at emultisport.pl.
  5. Download the MultiSport app on your phone and register with MyBenefit.
  6. Confirm your identity so you can enter sports facilities without an ID card. At the entrance, just show your card in the app.

How to cancel your MultiSport card

You can deactivate MultiSport up to 5 days before the end of the month. To do this, log in to Cafeteria and go to your card details.

Example: It's May, and you don't want to use MultiSport starting in June. You need to deactivate it by May 26.
