Yes. We charge the fee automatically every month unless:
Billing cycle – what day will you charge my card?
Your billing cycle starts on the day you pay for your subscription and runs for a month, until the same date the following month (for example, from May 5 to June 5).
We'll charge your payment on the same day* each month, for example May 5, June 5, July 5, and so on.
* Unless your cycle starts on the last day of the month. In that case, we'll also charge you on the last day of each following month, for example February 28, March 31, April 30, and so on.
Your active subscription period
Your active subscription renews with each new billing cycle.
If you issue an invoice and your client pays it during your active subscription period, we won't charge a fee.
For example:
|
May 5 💰 |
payment charged – your subscription is active until June 5 |
|
May 10 |
you invoice a client A |
|
May 20 |
you invoice a client B |
|
May 30 |
the client A pays the invoice – no fee charged |
|
June 6 💰 |
payment charged – your subscription is active until June 5 |
|
June 8 |
the client B pays the invoice – no fee charged |
Available payment methods
You can pay for your subscription by credit or debit card.
(Note for Polish tax residents: You can also pay by the BLIK recurring payments. To use them, turn them on in your banking app. When you activate your subscription, enter the 6-digit BLIK code from your banking app. After that, we charge the fee automatically each month, no extra codes needed. Make sure you have enough funds in your account each month.)
How do I remove or change my payment method?
- Log in to Useme and go to Settings > Plans.
- Click “Remove card.”
- Confirm that you want to remove the payment method.
- Click "Add payment method" to set up a new one.
Why didn't my payment go through?
The most common reasons for payment issues are:
- Not enough funds or an exceeded card limit – we'll try to charge the payment again a few more times.
- An inactive card – check whether your card has expired.
- 3D Secure authorization required – you can complete this in your banking app.
If everything looks fine on your end, it's likely a temporary issue with our payment provider. It usually resolves quickly.
What happens if my payment fails? Will I lose access to Useme?
No, you can keep using Useme as usual. After a failed payment, though, you'll automatically switch to Useme Flex.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime.

After you cancel, we'll only start charging the service fee once your current billing cycle ends.
