General rules

  • Once we receive the client’s payment, we automatically issue the final invoice. If you don’t report any changes before that, the invoice will have the same details as the deposit request.
  • We can change the invoice details until it’s issued. After that, changes are only possible through a corrective invoice.
  • After you report the changes, we’ll send your client an updated deposit request.
  • At your request, we can also add the recipient, sale date, and an extra description to the invoice.

If you used Invoice a client

Before we issue the final invoice to your client, you can cancel the deal and issue the invoice again. You can find the instructions here.

If we’ve already issued the invoice to your client, changes are only possible through a corrective invoice. Contact us if you need one.

If you used Useme Jobs

You can request changes before we receive the transfer from your client. Let us know what needs to change.

If you want to make changes after your client has already accepted the deal terms, we may need to check with them first.
