If the client has an active Useme account, they can update their details themselves or contact us directly.
We can also update some of the client details at your request.

How to change a client’s email address
You can contact us and ask us to change your client’s email address. We’ll first check if we can make the change right away. If not, we’ll need a screenshot of an email from the client confirming the change. Check the details.
How to change a client’s company details
- My client closed their company and opened a new one
You can let us know that your client closed their company and send us the details of the new one. We’ll check whether the closure is already visible in official business registers.
If it is, we’ll update the company details on the client’s account and send future invoices using the new details.
If the new company details are not yet visible in business registers, we’ll need a document from the client confirming the change.
- My client changed their company details
You can contact us if your client changed their company name or address but kept the same tax identification number.
We’ll check whether the new details are already visible in official business registers.
If they are, we’ll update the company details on the client’s account and send future invoices using the new details.

Changing client details after the final invoice
We can’t change the details on an invoice that has already been issued.
