How to send a private job invitation to a chosen freelancer?

If you find a freelancer with the competencies you need, you can send them a private job invitation.

A private job inivation is only visible to a freelancer of your choice. In this way, you invite a person with certain competencies to work with you, without publishing the job on a publicly visible marketplace.

In response to a private job invitation a the chosen freelancer can send you an offer. By sending a private job invitation you won't receive offers from other freelancers.

How to send a private job invitation to a freelancer?

When you go to the profile of a chosen freelancer you will see a button called: Send job invitation.

After clicking on this button you'll be redirected to a form where you'll be able to complete all the details according the job. Provide as many details as possible and send the job inivation.

A freelancer  will receive your job invitation and if she or he is interested they will respond with an offer. The offer will be visible in your profile. Go to Offers → Dedicated offers. Review the offer and if it meets your expectations, accept it.

We will notify you of any change in the status of your private job offer in a separate email.

When you and the freelancer agreed on the terms of cooperation, accept the offer. Then wait for us to send you the proforma/deposit request and after receiving it - make the payment.

After recording your payment we will send you an invoice and the freelancer will start working on your job.

After you pay we will send you an invoice and the freelancer will be able to start working on the job.

The freelancer will receive the payment after you accept their work.

If the freelancer doesn't complete the work on time or the work won't meet your expectations we will refund your money and send you a correction invoice.
