I got an email about the payout, but I didn’t get the money

After we email you that your payout has been sent, it may take some time for the money to appear in your account. This depends on your bank’s processing hours.

We send payouts on business days at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (UTC+2). If your payout was sent at 2 p.m., your bank might process it the next day. International transfers may take up to 5 business days to arrive.

If you’re in a hurry, message us (include “EXPRESS TRANSFER” in the message), or call us at +48 717 232 234. We can send your payout as an express transfer – it costs 10 EUR/USD/GBP and is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on business days.
