When will I get paid?
Key info:
- Your client’s funds go through Useme first. So it takes one to a few business days from when we get your client's money to when we send it to your account.
- We send payouts only on business days, in two batches – at 11 am and 2 pm (UTC+2).
- To speed up your payout, request an express transfer.
- Make sure you've added your payout account number in settings.

Client paid, but my deal is still “Waiting” – why?
PayPal – why can't I access my payment?
When will we send your payout?
It depends on the Useme feature you’re using.
- If you use Invoice a client:
Once you fill in the Invoice a client form, we email the client a deposit request and a payment link. The client should pay by the set deadline.
We wait for the client's transfer to arrive. It can take up to 5 days because our banks are usually in different countries.
- If you use Useme Jobs:
The client transfers funds to Useme before you start work on the project. The money waits in our account. Once you finish the work, you upload it to Useme. The client reviews and accepts them – only then we send you your payment.

Client paid, but I haven’t got my payout – why?
Your payout doesn't arrive the moment your client pays – bank transfers take time to clear.
One of these situations might also apply to you:
- You haven't set a payout method
Make sure you've entered your payout account number under Settings > Payouts.
Check how to set your payout method.
- If you have a business account: we're waiting for your invoice
If you have a business account on Useme, we'll send your payout only after you upload an invoice from your company to Useme.

- The client hasn't accepted your work yet
If you use Useme Jobs, you need to do these things before you get paid:
- upload the completed work files to your deal in Useme,
- mark it as a completed work, not just a sample,
- wait for the client to accept the work (they have 7 days from when you upload the final project).

Client paid, but my deal is still “Waiting” – why?
It means your client’s transfer hasn’t reached our bank account yet.
We can always double-check the transfer status. Ask your client to send you proof of payment and forward it to us at info@useme.com.
Express transfer – faster payout
If your bank supports it, you can request an express transfer. Call us at +48 717 232 234 or message us (write "EXPRESS TRANSFER" and include your deal number – find it on your dashboard).
We send express transfers Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm (UTC+2).
We can do an express transfer after:
- (For Invoice a client) you get an email confirming we got your client's payment
- (For Useme Jobs) your client accepts your work
Express transfer fees and timing:
- For EUR/USD/GBP invoices – 10 EUR/USD/GBP; timing depends on your bank
- For PLN invoices – 20 PLN; clears instantly
PayPal – why can't I access my payment?
(This applies to freelancers who set PayPal as their payout method.)
Unfortunately, we have no control over when PayPal releases your payment. It's down to their internal security checks. If we've sent your PayPal transfer but you can't access the money, try these steps:
- Message us and describe your case so we can verify your transfer thoroughly. Sometimes, we’re able to confirm your work in PayPal and unlock the money faster. However, it’s entirely up to PayPal.
- Download the confirmation of the contract from your Useme account (Dashboard > Deals > select the deal > Documents > Confirmation) or message us, and we’ll send it to you. Send the document to PayPal to prove that the contract has been concluded and executed in accordance with the client’s order.
- Return the PayPal transfer to Useme so we can use another payment gateway. However, PayPal will charge a service fee for the refund, which will reduce your payment amount.
