My client didn’t get an email with the invoice

You can download all deal-related documents from your dashboard and send them to your client. See how to do it below.

If your client can’t find the deposit request email or the final invoice after paying for your work, you can resend it to them.

To download the deposit request or the invoice:

  1. Log in to Useme.
  2. Go to Deals from the left-hand menu.
  3. Open the relevant deal and click Documents.
  4. Download the deposit request or the invoice (if already issued).

The deposit request includes payment details. Your client must enter the deal number (starting with "UM") in the bank transfer title to ensure the payment is correctly assigned.

The client doesn’t get emails from Useme

If your client repeatedly reports missing Useme emails, their email provider may be marking them as spam or rejecting them. Suggest that they add Useme to their safe sender list and check their spam, promotions, or junk folders.
