My client didn't get an invoice or a deposit request
You can download a deposit request and an invoice from your account. Go to Dashboard → Deals → specific deal and send those documents to the client yourself.
Ask the client to check your spam folder - our emails might be there. They can add Useme to their inbox contact book, so that doesn't happen. Another way is adding Useme to spam exceptions.
